Define the exact verification task

The account notice should identify the information to verify and the available workflow. Save the notice, deadline and screenshots before changing any fields. Requirements can differ depending on the entity, marketplace and information already held in the account.

Create a status list for identity, business address, telephone, email, bank account and tax information. Mark each item as confirmed, needs correction or needs a connecting document.
